Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States Only) 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, once your order has shipped. Shipping time will vary based on USPS shipping times, and may take an estimated 5 to 20 business days depending on your location. Artelily and Co is not responsible for any delays and cannot guarantee delivery by an exact date.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $15 per order. Standard shipping is $25 if you are located in, or having your items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Artelily and Co is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at Artelilyandco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that all orders are packed in a pet-friendly home environment. If you or the recipient has pet allergies or sensitivities, please consider this before purchasing.
